easy parking clean room helpful staff comfy bed
the front desk helped me secure a local taxi to the airport, a sweet gesture. it proved to be significantly cheaper than a rideshare. the hotel room was impeccably clean. it held great amenities and the entire staff was exceedingly kind. i found an excellent value for money.
i did notice that the rooms were smaller than i had expected.

while i did not require breakfast, it seemed quite popular among other guests. the surrounding area features many latin american food options. a deli is conveniently located near the train station for late-night snacks.

on-site parking was easily accessible. the location is a few blocks from the subway. this makes it easy to get around. there is also a laundromat located across the street from the hotel for added convenience.

friendly staff smooth process great care
I found the front desk staff very friendly and helpful. They readily assisted me with directions and room requests. youcef greeted us upon arrival and was very accommodating! mae ensured a smooth check-out process, handling everything with great care.
the hotel charges a $50 security deposit fee per night, which i was not initially aware of.

The hotel's location provides easy access to industry city with many shops and restaurants within walking distance. public transport is nearby. It allows convenient exploration of the area, it is a big plus for travelers. a supermarket and laundromat are also conveniently located close to the hotel.

my beautiful quadruple room offered necessary amenities for my needs, i appreciated the cleanliness. the bathroom seemed modern with a good shower. the manhattan skyline view from my room was quite awesome.

the hotel enjoys proximity to multiple cafes and stores, providing plenty of options for meals and shopping. the subway station is within a reasonable distance, approximately a seven-minute walk, it made commuting simple. this makes the location convenient.

the room cleanliness was not up to par. i noticed some visible stains on the walls. additionally, the staff did not clearly explain the amenities. they also did not provide pricing for breakfast or laundry, frustrating.

the rooms provided a comfortable and quiet stay. the location allowed easy access to various latin american food options. the staff was friendly and ready to help with any questions i had.
